高雄市進出口商業同業公會簡介

本會創立於民國三十七年，前身為高雄市輸出業同業公會及高雄市貿易商公會，兩公會因性質雷同，於民國三十八年五月間，乃經兩會有識人士暨政府主管官署之協調，合併改組，並奉准改組後採用「高雄市進出口商業同業公會」名稱，創立迄今時間已半世紀，經歷屆理監事會之慘澹經營，全體會員之通力合作，一切制度，次第建立，會務推進亦甚順利，原初參加組織會員僅有數十家，現則已達約三百家。

本會為一人民團體，每三年由會員大會選舉理事十七人，組織理事會；選舉監事五人組織監事會。然後由全體理事選舉常務理事五人，再由全體理事就當選常務理事中選舉一人為理事長，理事長連選得連任一次，理事長代表本會，綜理會務。監事會則由監事中選舉常務監事一人，監事會負責監查會務及審核財務收支等。本會現任理事長為謝慶堂先生。常務監事為黃昭展先生。


The Introduction of K.I.E.C.C.
The Kaohsiung lmporters and Exporters Chamber of Commerce (KIECC) is a commercial group, with its members of around 300 trading companies on all kinds of goods. Most of its member companies are located in Kaohsiung city. It has been half of the century since its establishment in 1948﹒

Mr. Hsieh Ching-Tang is the current chairman. The chairman represents KIECC and is responsible for the association daily affairs. Under the chairman there are board of directors and board of supervisors. The board of directors consists of five (including the chairman) executive directors and twelve directors.

The board of supervisors consists of one executive supervisor and four supervisors. Mr. Huang Chao-Chang is the executive supervisor now. The main duty of the board of supervisors is to audit the yearly financial budget and expenses.
